Our Alums Are Awesome!

Emilee Ludwick, Montessori Academy 

Class of 2013


Emilee, A senior at Edwardsburg High School, came back to Room 102, to teach our Upper Elementary students the American Sign Language (ASL) alphabet.  She also taught our students some basic conversational ASL, such is "My name is..." and "What is your name?"  








Emilee is sister to Lynsee (Montessori Academy Class of 2014) and Blake (6th year in Room 102).  We are so grateful for our wonderful alumni and all that they do for our school.  Thank you, Emilee!!!

Community Engagement at Northwoods

"Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world" ~ Howard Zinn So, why is community engagement so important at Montessori Academy Edison Lakes?   We hope to create a spirit of volunteerism. Julia with some of the residents of Northwoods Reagan and Cooper ready to work with the pool noodles   As our mission states we wish to "inspire care for the community".
